REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase for products that are not personalized. Product must be unworn, undamaged and still have the product tag.

Unfortunately, personalized products and mimi et lulu Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

mimi et lulu is not responsible for the shipping fees, custom & duty taxes for returns and exchanges.

We will process your return within 5 business days of receiving the product back. Products must be unworn, undamaged and still have the product tag.

Refund will be issued to the original method of payment only.

Shipping fees are not refunded.

PERSONALISATION

Yes! Some products can be easily personalised. You can visit the EVERYTHING PERSONALISED page to see what products can be personalised.

Pacifier holders and teethers can be personalised for 50 HKD.

Most fabrics can be embroidered with text for 70 HKD. Some specific products (example: bunnies OH CUTIE and bunnies OH SWEETIE) can also be embroidered with a frame around the text in the shape of a heart for an extra 50 HKD.

Some products in fabrics and wood use a printing process instead of embroidery. The cost for the personalization with printing process is 70 HKD. The products that are using this process are the Brush & Comb GROOM ME, the Balloon Wall Decor FLY HIGH, the Christmas Stockings HERE COMES SANTA and the baby bodysuit SNUGGLE ME.

We want to make sure you are happy with the baby gifts you purchase and you receive them as soon as possible. As a result, we personalize all the gifts within up to 2 business days, and sometimes even less! This means that the gifts will ship within 2 business days, including with the personalization. I

If you are on a Product Page, you will be asked if you want to personalise your product before you add it to your bag. If you would like to personalise it, respond Yes and enter the personalisation you would like.

If you are in the pre-assembled gift boxes, a pop up asking you if you would like to personalise your product will appear. If you would like to personalise it, respond Yes and enter the personalisation you would like.

The font, size and colour for the embroidering are pre-set. We will always make sure it looks the best for you!

FOR EMBROIDERY: We always recommend to use an uppercase only for the first letter of the embroidery and a lower case for the other letters. The embroidery will look nicer like this.


We reserve the right to change the case of the text for the best rendering of the embroidery.

Yes, you most definitely can personalize anything that is embroidered in Chinese! Just enter the Chinese characters you want in the text box when you personalize your mimi et lulu baby items.

Unfortunately, we cannot personalize the pacifiers and teethers with Chinese characters.

If you would like to personalize your newborn items with arabic, greek, hebraic, cyrillic, Korean, Japanese or any other characters, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

Please note that it may be possible to embroider some items in the language you would like. However, we can only accept Latin characters for the teethers and pacifiers holders.

GIFT CARDS

Yes! We offer gift Cards at a denomination of 500 HKD, 750 HKD, 1000 HKD, 1250 HKD and 1500 HKD.

No! We want to make sure your loved one are happy and enjoy the gift card WHENEVER they want or they need it. No pressure whatsoever!

Both you and your loved one will receive an email with the code to redeem the Gift Card and the instructions on how to redeem.

Additionally, we will send a Gift Card by mail to your loved one within 1 business day of the order being placed. Please note that it will be sent by regular mail (Hong Kong Post) without tracking number.

The mimi et lulu Gift Cards can be redeemed toward any type of product available on the website (excluded the purchase of other Gift Cards).

When you are at checkout under the Payment section, enter your Gift card code in the field "Gift card or discount code" and click on APPLY.

If there is enough on the Gift Card to cover the purchase, then you are all set!
However, if the value of the Gift Card is not enough to cover the purchase, you will be required to enter a secondary payment method to pay for the difference.

Of course! Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. The balance of your Gift Card will not be forfeited if you don't spend everything at once. You can spend the balance of your Gift Card another time.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Our pacifier holders fit most of the pacifiers. The pacifier will need to have a ring to attach to the pacifier holder.

Our BIBS pacifiers can easily fit out pacifier holders.

Wash it by hand only with a special wool detergent (even better with cashmere shampoo).
Do not use fabric softener.
Do not soak the blanket and avoid twisting the blanket.
Dry flat on a dry towel and avoid sun light while drying.
Iron the blanket on low heat, without stretching and pressing it.
Do not use bleach, chemical products, or tumble dry mimi et lulu cashmere baby products.

Sterilize the pacifier by putting it into boiling water no more than 2 min before the first use. Allow to cool down. The pacifiers can get water into the nipple because of the vent hole. Simply squeeze the pacifier gently to remove water.
Clean and sterilize the pacifiers daily by scalding.
DO NOT use microwave for sterilizing or cleaning products or even dishwasher as it will breakdown the nipple.
Renew the pacifier after using it for 4-6 weeks for safety and hygiene reasons.
Do not leave the pacifier in direct sun.
Inspect carefully before each use. Pull the pacifier in all directions.
Throw away at the first signs of damage or weakness.

For your baby's safety, we recommend that you check the clip and the pacifier holder before each use. It is very important to throw away the pacifier holder at the slightest sign of deterioration or weakness of the product. Do not pull on the pacifier holder.

Do not attach the pacifier holder to a cord, a ribbon, a lace or any other loose cloth to avoid risks of choking.

Your pacifier holder must be attached to your baby's garment under adult surveillance. Do not use the pacifier holder when baby is in his/her playpen, bed or crib.

Change your pacifier holder every 3 months.

Do not put the clip or the beads in the mouth. Do not let your baby chew on the clip or the beads of the pacifier holder. The pacifier holder is not a toy. Never let your baby manipulate it without surveillance.

You can wash your pacifier holder but please note that some parts of the pacifier holder are in metal and need to be throughly dried to avoid corrosion and rust. If you see corrosion or rust on your pacifier holder, please discard the pacifier holder.

Please clip the pacifier holder between the two white pieces (not between the 2 metal pieces) to avoid damaging your baby's garments.
